Does the Floyd Branch Creek have fossils and geodes in it? If not, then is there an area within hiking distance that I can reach from the farm, so that my son and l can go hunting for them?

There are definitely some beautiful minerals to find... I'd ask the owners before doing so. Though I'm going to assume your coming to playthink!! Lol so you and your son will have many places to explore for all kinds of things...

I can't personally confirm fossils & geodes in the creek, but i can say I've seen a lot of youngins having a grand time with the rocks and critters and whatnot! I think Isaiah is right-- might wanna check with the owners! There may even be some arrowheads around!
