The manager of customer sservice will help you get a replacement or your money back
Gather all receipts and records of order, then either go to local Wal-Mart, or call. Also may need to contact the delivering company...whoever it was. Good luck.
It's Wal-Mart. What do you expect.
I would suggest bringing record of the order and the item to Wal-Mart within the days of in-store warranty and see what they can do for you.
Return the item to the store for refund or another item.
