My cat buffy was spayed on the 24th of may. Two days ago i checked her stiches and the were still in. Today i checked and they were gone. There is some bloody seapage along the incision. Should we be concerned or is this normal.

Your cat may have gotten the type of stitches that dissolve over time, but call to make sure.

I would call vet to make sure that ur cat is K & if they say bring ur cat in take her in to make sure she is K

It's normal persay. Id call then just to be sure. I think she may have licked them . R u sure they where stitches n not glued? If say she is ok since it's been that length of time. But wouldn't hurt to call.
