I ordered a power steering pump they said it would take 1 day to pull had to pay for it before they pulled it . It took them 2 days. It took me 30 minutes to pull my old one and install the 1 I bought from them
Did you call them ask where it was
I order a k frame that they had in the yard it took almost 3 Weeks to get i think they only have one person to disassemble
