They have a machine that buys certain gift cards for 30 cents on the $. So I sold a 100$ Wal-Mart gift card for 70$. The do have a broad list of stores They accept cards from. You have to provide a valid ID as it does ask you to scan it. I will also warn you the machine is down a lot and is very troublesome. I've had problems scanning cards, problems with my provided info, there were times the machine would process the card and others when it wouldn't.. So deal with the machine with some patience you MIGHT need it.
I believe they a machine that exchanges gift cards for cash not sure if it is still there.
