No, I don't believe Paddy Cake does any deliveries. Also, I am pretty sure there's no bakeries in West Mifflin that delivers any sheet cakes. I know the West Mifflin Area pretty well and I can't think of any bakeries that have great sheet cakes and deliver in that area. I am not sure if Bethel Bakery does deliveries but you can always call and ask or look on their website.
No they do not. All orders are picked up.
