Why do you charge $5 to provide your own customers with a copy of their bank statement? Seems excessively greedy, unnecessary and customer unfriendly.

Not only that they charge you $3 to use their bank card for your checking account every time you use their atm or any atm. Pnc sucks and has lost 3 customers from my family.

Not sure you are using the same PNC bank that I do. There is no fee to use Pnc atm and when I use another vendors I am reimbursed for their fees. As far as bank statements costing $5 mine are free because I have them electronically available 24 7
