I had an order placed thru the drive thru..I pd 34.00..and my whole order was wrong..I called taco Bell back to exchange my items and they thought I was lying..I'm very upset with this rest.

I would check the food before you leave. Also, we can't replace food items without the receipt and normally, if its over 10 dollars, we aren't allowed to replace it without our GM's approval.

Always check your order before you leave the premise. This fixes things quickly. If you wait till after you leave they can claim you changed something and then it becomes complicated.

Best thing to do is always check your food before leaving the area, honestly with the way society is today you have no way to prove who's right. I have always caught my error right away and they fix it then.
