There's a metered public lot, it fills up fast.

There is a metered lot. There is also street parking with Muni meters. Lot fills up quite early. There is no train nearby, only buses on Fordham Road.

There is paid parking on the street, and a modestly sized paid parking lot across the street which is actually accessed from the next block.

There's a metered lot, fairly small, and lots of on street parking. Be sure to feed the meters. There were 3 or 4 parking police writing tickets the last time I was there.

It's all about street parking when visiting Arthur Ave. There is consistent parking spot turnover. Easy to find a spot.
