They say it Hallal but when asked by my friend were it's written they say they can't write it.But Why?

They do not sell Halal. The employee probably was new and give customer incorrect information.

Because its not Halal. KFC franchises gets its food directly from KFC. They dont do separate foods foor separate stores.

since its a franchise?. it has to follow strict regulations as to what they can advertise.. display and serve.
