It depends on how much the payroll check is. If it's not over a certain amount you can pay $3 few and cash at any register. But if it's over the amount then you have to wait for customer service to do it and i im pretty sure customer sevice isnt open all night except western union. I think the limit at registers is $250 I'm not sure on that.
As far as I know when the store is open you can get a cash your check my payroll check with your ID and I'd say it would probably be about 10 or 11 at on day shift I don't know about night shift but I do know that you can get your payroll check cashed it cost these three or four dollars to get it cashed I think
