Guessing you used a debit card. They always take more out to ensure charge will be covered, it comes back out and available for you to transact think its 24hrs later. Use Credit next time
Are you calling from the app? Because if so it's because the number has changed and the tech team never updated it. I would go back into the store and talk to management, they can either know what happened or call someone who does.
