I am not sure. I only buy toilet paper when it is on sale. Usually the 20 roll on sale is $9.99 to $10.99. I usually don't buy anything that is not on sale unless it is absolutely necessary. Sometimes they have the 12 pack for $5.99. My suggestion to you is to watch the sales paper or go on line to see the weekly circular.
I don't think they do 27 well 24 roll is around $11.00 comfort plus and 30 roll around $23.00
