First, ask to be seated at a hibachi table (not the bar). Review the menu carefully as this order generally comes with soup or salad, noodles or rice, and your choice of several meats or seafood. All taste great. All come with separate house mustard and ginger sauces, and low sodium soy sauce is usually one condiment on the table. You should get a show! Reservations are recommended especially if you want a view.
I agree the menu is user friendly
The menu is beginner friendly. You just choose the meat and/or seafood you want and the sides just come with it. Reservations are recommended. It's a great experience although a bit pricey.
Just ask.
Definitely one of the best hibachi places I've been to. Food is great. Presentation is fun. My kids love the place! Suggest making reservation ahead of time, especially for a sizable group.
There is Hibachi at MT. Fuji! Just not for the Brunch on Sundays.
