You can try calling them. I have found on one of mine that the cartridge contact point for the battery was too far recessed. Gently move the point out with a knife and it works just fine.
If you can't get the cartridge to work, bring it back to the dispensary and they will troubleshoot it for you. If they can't get it to work, they'll replace it.
Does it have a "plastic" taste? There've been a few mentions about these in the "reviews" of this,& other dispensaries & word is they cannot return them. :- /
