Its definitely closed.. my daughter's 5th birthday party was supposed to be at Hogue's Fun Factory and they called to cancel it yesterday. Definitely closed : (
I would say no its not, per Governor's orders.. it's non-essential
It's so dead inside I think it's been closed for a long time. Only a few stores left.
