Stay away from the holidays or times like spring break. I've never noticed much of a difference between am or pm.
We went in the evening and it wasn't real crowded.
Avoid holiday weekends
We were there April 6th through the 9th. Our kids went with their older siblings about 10:30am and stayed til 1:30. We picked them up and went to eat lunch and returned at 4pm until 7pm. Its nice that you can keep your armband on and go in and out of the waterpark allday on one pass. :-)
Pm less children as well
