No implants just tattoos and piercings
NY wont even allow dermal piercings to be done unless by a medical professional, So I doubt you'd find any tattoo artist/piercer in NY who can legally do this procedure and who has the materials for it. Definitely look around to see specific businesses that do the RFID implants, I researched it a bit some piercing shops outside NY offer it, it's just a matter of looking into the laws and what's its classified as in that state. Good luck! It's hard to find information on this that isn't about mandatory chips!
