If you are talking about the peninsula it's about a 5-6 mile ride via the bayfront to west 8 the St. Go west it will take you straight there.
From my most honest sources i believe the answer would be yes, i did an aerial view search & it looks to be well within a biker friendly commute that should easily be just a short ride with spectacular views of the lake as well as shore life upon your way during your ride 😀
