You could also try the Hot 26 classes. They are hotter, but move very slowly with lots of very specific instruction. Every class is the same postures in the same order- designed for beginners and everyone to carefully take your body through its full range of motion - almost like physical therapy! The vinyasa classes are all slightly different and move a little more quickly. It is a personal preference!
Any of the Vinyasa classes would be a good option, especially if you are already familiar with the practice. The heat is intense at first!! Bring lots of water. Be prepared to take child's pose at any time. You will love it!
