Typically customer service closes at 9pm. However, season may effect so always best to call. A walmart.com order with receipt can be returned at a store in general. However, be sure it is sold by and shipped by walmart.com as there are other sellers listed on the website and their return policy is what would need to be followed. Online returns can be started in your purchase history and you can choose to return via store there. Electronics are limited on return days though, 15 days, with receipt and ALL original packaging just as purchased. Other returns are subject to that department return policy limits.
