I tried having a mature conversation with the rude employee who told me I was on the list, they do not deliver to my area bc it's outside there guidelines.

I don't see a question in your comment but I'm not sure why you suddenly got placed on the "do not X" list. Maybe it's worth going to the store and having a mature conversation as to why, potentially reversing the label. We have only "eaten in" there. Perhaps their delivery person had a bad experience/were robbed near your place and it was therefore deemed unsafe. Good luck and/or save gas money for pick up.
