I doubt it's local, but they do have both. The soybeans are frozen and they have organic and conventional.

They do carry soy milk in a few different flavors (original, unsweetened, vanilla). They have at least frozen soy beans (possibly labeled as edamame). I dont think either would be considered "local", as they likely ship from California.
