When I buy an article and need to change or return can I go to another of your stores? Or I have to go to the same? Thanks!

I returned something to the store on Wall Street and was given a gift card from the store. The staff was great and helpful.

You can go to any TJ Max store to return or exchange. It's helpful if you have the receipt, but not required. They can give you store credit if you don't have the receipt, as long as the item is clearly marked as TJ Max item. Remember to ask nicely as this is a courtesy provided to you.
