Someone should let the manager know that this location is closing earlier than their posted times.Its happened numerous times. Tonight I was there at 9:55 and the door was locke. The employee just stood there watching me with a blank look.

I wouldn't consider them a small business. Its a national chain. From those franchises we expect consistency. Standardization.

Mon Julianna, you are rediculous. Store hours are posted for a reason. I worked retail for over 15 years and i never once closed shop early, even if there wasn't a single customer in the store. It's work ethics like that that make businesses lose valuable customers. When you are hired, you know wgat your duties are as an employee. If you can't handle those duties than simply don't seek employment there. Get a job where you can be your own boss.

Really 9:55... I think you are pushing it, when some customers would come in excatly around that time and start shopping!! The employees need to go home too, and end up closing around 10:30, they have a life too! We should all be mindful and respect everyone's time... It's because of customers like you that why they closed around that time. All love 💚💛💜

If they close at 10:00 then they were probably doing their tally. U need to call n speak to mgr n complain.

Almost all small businessesc close early and open late, and surprisingly most managers don't care
