Walmart in Meadville carries Lion brand yarn in aisle N27. I don't know what "printelle" yarn is so if it's different then they do not carry printelle yarn.
I will be going there today and I will check I have seen limited amounts of Lion Brand, but I do not know what "printelle" yarn is either
