It is just for viewing but there are chairs for sitting and a snack bar that is open in good weather. You could also buy food in the underground shops across the street and eat it in this park.

There are fountains but nothing for swimming.
It is a fauntain type of thing. Also every Friday they have concerts, from 6 to 9pm. The whole picture is great for all ages.
