As far as I know the Velvet Cafe' does not and never did have a buffet. They have a salad bar in the dining room part of their restaurant and I'm not sure if they have that right now because of covid restrictions. I would call to ask though.
As of yesterday there was a small buffet, tho I'm not sure what was in it.
The salad bar is open, and that’s the only buffet-like option available.
