I've always gone much later in the day, like after closing, so everything is open, but there is a credit card / cash machibe to pay 4 parking in the garage. Additionally, sone stores will validate your parking.
They have parking at the bottom level of the mall the only problem is that you have to spend at least $20 in the mall or else you have to pay for the parking.
Street parking. Which is 25¢ for 15 mins
On street parking or the underground garage.
