Do the customer's usually have to put there drinks in a bag? I was handed a black bag to put my drinks in that I picked put of the cooler to put them in the bag myself. My bill was over 25 dollars I did not think that the service was exceptional

We brought wine in in a wine tote, put it on table with no problem. They cannot open but lent us an opener. They were very nice, the service was great.

They were not busy. There was no explanation, I did not feel welcomed there

That doesn't sound right. Maybe looking for a convenience factor to make it easier to carry?? I know the place very well. Unless it was alcohol which they dont serve. Not sure who or why you would HAVE too. Did you ask for an explanation??

I never heard of anything like that but if they were busy but I still can't believe they asked you do that
