Why do your bartenders not cut off clearly I toxicated people also why do you let your drunken customers leave with open bottles and get in their vehicles with them and drive away? That’s dangerous, irresponsible and illegal.

As the customer has responded I have spoke to him about his concern and reviewed video. We have added extra signage that reinforces no open container outside. As well as reviewed policy with all waitstaff and bartenders with in 24 hours.

I believe this is something you will need to contact management about. But its probably because of improper bartender training.
