3:05 p.m. just left the lobby waited 15 minutes & the line moved 1 person.The manager holler for help up front 10 minutes later she walks up front did not help out put head phones on than walk back to the back.Easily said I left with nothi h.

There service sucks and management don't know how to run the place I waited ten min to order and another 15 for my food

They never get an order right. Always check your order before leaving.

Yeah... Harrisburg McDonald's is terrible... Got a burger once, the cheese was under it in the box.... I avoid that place... The drive thru has trouble counting change... Stay away...

Harrisburg McDonald's is known for this. They have poor customer service and they really don't care. They don't get the orders right. Their workers are RUDE. ONLY out for themselves
