Sometimes...you have to call and reserve the more choice cuts. Dunno I'd you've played around with the collar at all, but it cooks very similar to belly.
We do, sometimes. We generally have bacon in stock (smoked pork belly) but we also will sometimes have fresh pork belly, when we get enough people asking for it. Right now, we do have some pork belly in stock that is sliced like bacon. We also sometimes carry it in blocks, but don't have any like that right now.
