I remember the malls closing at 9 pm. Columbia mall is open until 9 pm.
Those are the regular times, but since it is now spring hours will be extended by an hour. ...the reason for why you think it is early could be due to having the other shopping center less than a mile on joppa that has a Target and Walmart that are both open til 11. ...but most malls in the Maryland area close at this time.
