Hi there. My wife and I just went 2 weekends ago and can say that there are still some Fuji out there, but it's mostly Red/Golden Delicious.
As of 10/15/19, there are plenty of Granny Smith to pick. But we also have bins from which you can select York, Stayman, and Granny Smith (and Red and Golden Delicious), but availability can change rapidly...
