As cows don't have opposable thumbs, there's only so much they can contribute to the process. While grass-fed cows produce the raw milk, the cow-fed farm hands are integral to the quality of the final product.
I believe so, you can even go meet the cows that made the milk. Everytime I'm in the stalls they're eating grass so...
