I was at kfc/lbs the just puppies were so hard you can throw them against the wall and the chicken was nasty like they didn't change the oil I will never eat there again just puppies are soft and the chicken not greasy unreal

Things like this happen at all fast food restaurants. I really hate to tell you this but it's our job as patrons to let management know when sitiations like this occur. Also keep in mind, we are asking others to make dinner for us when we don't feel like cooking for ourselves. If we are not satisfied with services and product. We can stay home and tend to our own responsibilities. Most fast food restaurants are worked by our children. For most, a first job /learning exp. Our kids are not perfect. So it's either do our job as patrons and give these kids a chance or stay home.

I do believe some part not all kfc are like that. I would have went back and explained to the manager regarding the matter.
