It includes all parks in Englewood, so you'll have to scroll to find Cushing Park. There are two pavilions in the listings, but currently they're marked as 'unavailable'. Maybe try calling the City of Englewood for more info, contact info is in the link as well.
Depending on the day, I don't really think that reserving a picnic table would even be necessary. Everytime I have been there plenty of tables have been available!! No need for a reservation!! Its not that big of a park and the people that go there are friendly and just use it mostly to hang out. I really wouldnt worry about it!!! Have a great day..
