Why is it lately...all the produce goes bad so fast. I threw out tomatoes, mushrooms and spaghetti sauce with mold.

Yes I totally agree. You really have to check what you buy. I even noticed at giant eagle and shop n save the produce was not the best or got bad fast.

I once got a watermelon that would not ripen last summer and a bag of regular carrots that rotted in two days. Normally good produce in this Aldi.Look carefully.

I've never had any issues with fruits and vegetables ...I usually only buy what I need...but I keep onions and peppers and celery in drawer in fridge always and they last

Normally good products, which do not contain conservatives go bad faster.

Aldis has great prices but they're things to not last that long. If you're buying bagged lettuce or spinach expect to use it in 3 days so don't buy tons of it. I think their suppliers are further away or what have you but yeah, they don't last any longer than 3 days
