They do have Gluten Free meals, and they are marked as such. Ask for the green menu, it's a "healthy" menu that has categories for their organic, gluten free, vegetarian, and even vegan options.
They do, though I'm not sure if they are marked as such. However, you know, gluten is only in certain kinds of grains and carbs, so it's not really all that restrictive, and you can tell what on the menu is gluten free and what isn't, particularly at the buffet
