VI does serve alcohol, from a small list of choices. But when we were last there also permitted patrons to byo without a corkage fee. It is one of the very best restaurants in central Jersey too!

Yes, we’re byo. We offer a wine list (by the bottle only) of about 8-10 wines from old York cellars. Otherwise, you’re welcome to byo at no corkage fee.
