There is a patio i live around the corner and eat there quite often. Weather or not you can reserve it I'm not sure but I have never had a problem getting the table on the patio
I believe when they say "patio", they mean the outdoor tiki bar area. That's how I would interpret that.
There is s patio; I had lunch on the patio a few weeks ago. I don't know if they take reservations specifically for the patio, but I think you could certainly ask where you call.
