Brand New doesn't do any piercings. Just tattoos.
NJ State law is that no one under 16 can get any tattoos or piercings. 16 and up requires the signature and presence of a parent or guardian. Like another poster stated, Brand New is a reputable shop, so I highly don't anyone underaged can get work done there. Honestly, I'd seriously question any shop or artist that would be willing to do the work anyway.
They are very strict as far as the work they do as most REPUTABLE studios are. I doubt that they would touch anybody under 18 and if they did it would have to be with a parent or legal guardian.
