Why aren't individual stores visible and selectable? Why not transparent to contents of a plaza?

They are individual stores with signs. However it is a shopping center.

So how do we do something about it? Mall across i395 shows even less. Wasn't sure how to find a store, and Maps should help, but not. Accessibility/useability of GMaps? help

The mall across 395, Landmark Mall, is closed. The only store left is Sears.
