There isnt an ATM at this location. It's a big empty parking lot and a building of some sort. No atm
Im not sure which one your talking about but the atm i went to was a couple of miles from the auto car rental next to a hotel. No id required to get in this PARKNG LOT

Short answer, no. Long answer, it might have been an ATM at one time, now it's SPAWAR on a Naval installation. If they happen to have an ATM inside (unlikely), it's in a secure building that requires special access beyond military ID.
