What happens if it rains the whole race time? Do they issue refunds?

They are not worryed about the rain because it does not effect the monster trucks like it does actuall race cars. So if you go and it rains your fine.

No, depending on the event it might be rescheduled but once started that's it. The Monster Trucks might be different as this is the only event for the year.
