Mmm smoked fish sounds so good! Watched a DIY to soak it in brine, soy sauce, garlic and misc. Herbs... then smoke fish with apple chips...nom nom nom
That’s easy! Pan seared on low heat with onions and 2 garlic cloves. Or, baked at 350F for 20 minutes or until the edges look brown. You can put some scallops on the side and check if they open a little. If the threw up gooey stuff you probably messed up.
