I understand that there is a store that is sort of like a thrift store, but they sell new items for low cost. Do anyone know the name and location of this store?

It's the 2nd Avenue thrift store ,but they generally have used items for sale as opposed to ones that are in pristine condition .

Yeah. Both of these guys are right. Big lots has new stuff at lower prices but quality on somethings are a bit on the sketchy side. 2and avenue however from what I was told(dont know personally) is a thrift shop with second hand items for sale. Both are located right at one of the entrances into the mall parking lot. Not the main one however comming off the highway.

I'm not aware of any place like that. There's a Big Lots that has all. New stuff and 2nd Avenue thrift store right next to it.

It might be Big Lots.

Big Lots is new merchandise, and Second Avenue is a thrift store.
