Yes and No. There's no water at the park itself. But if you take the walking trail North, there is fishing at The Lakes at Home Town. It is perhaps a five minute walk, if you park at Walker's Creek.
Sure. Walker Creek is adjacent to the park. People fish in Walker Creek all the time.
