There is a frozen yogurt place near T-MOBILE. I'm not sure if they have lactose free Option.
I don't recall seeing any. The hard part is, Gateway isnt really an "indoor Mall" any more. From what I understand, they closed the interior and made all the stores into a strip mall/walk mall type of setup, trying to combat the homeless population. So if you know of a certain store that does lactose free ice cream, just Google it and see if there's one with a Gateway address. Otherwise, I'm afraid I'm no help.
